As a loyal Hilton member, I would probably reconsider staying at Hilton Surfers Paradise again. After a dirty room was given, meal that contained nuts (nut allergy) , even after requesting twice to have no nuts and the guy on the phone checking with the kitchen twice and calling back to confirm, it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Vegetables came cold and was the second meal that had been stuffed up since we arrived two days ago. We have our daughter visit us for a family get together after a long time away. As we have a newborn baby, we had to stay in the room for dinner. Instead of ordering food in, we thought trying the hotel dining would be a good safe option. It appears that they don't listen and I will strongly reconsider whether we will be eating from or staying in this hotel again!
