Had an intended meeting that coincided with a band playing in the hotel. This caused issues and the hotel ended up shifting us to another hotel. Positive was their flexibility, negative was that they had known the band would play and not considered that this would be an issue. The issue got resolved, service and food up to that point was good. With all in mind I would give 4 stars. Certainly the room would have been excellent for us otherwise.
