VTFC has earned a 5 star rating for each aspect of the operation. The Front Desk Staff are friendly, attentive, helpful and efficient. The Front Desk Staff welcomes and recognizes each patient by name as they enter the facility. The positive attitude and level of customer service afforded by the Front Desk Staff sets the proper tone for a fitness and therapy center.

I have worked with three Therapists at VTFC over the past several years and find each one to be compassionate, well trained in the techniques employed, and genuinely interested in helping clients recover from injuries.

The facility is first class but it is the staff which makes the difference when recommending VTFC. I recommend anyone in need of physical therapy consider VTFC as a first choice.
