Called to ask a few questions about a cancelled commercial policy. Spoke with Ryan Bowland and requested some documentation. After asking few simple questions, he got very defensive and extremely aggressive. He then started making personal accusations. Clearly, Ryan Bowland has not been in a professional setting for very long or if he has, perhaps a little too long.
