i went there 3 times. the first time, the staff at the entrance gave me wrong directions (which i followed correctly) which lead me to the wrong place in the hospital. i ended running through the hospital 25 minutes, being late and sent back home all because the guy at the door didn't know where to direct me and wouldn't admit it. second time, the doctor was 1h35 minutes late to the appointment, for which i showed up 1h early as to not be late again. the third time, they gave me a follow up appointment for a surgery i had never even had. must have mixed me up with another patient. i drove 1h30 in the morning traffic on icy roads to find out that they messed up. not happy
