I ordered a Kichler light fixture months ago. They said it was backordered until the first week in September. Then in late September I was told that it was in the warehouse, just being processed, and I would receive it no later than October 10. On October 11, I called and once again told it was being processed in the warehouse and would be shipped out in the next couple days. Today I received an email saying it was now backordered until the end of November! So basically, they lied twice when they said it was being processed in the warehouse. I have no doubt that the end of November would come, and still no fixture! Too bad, because I really liked the design. But I will be cancelling my order and will NEVER order from this site again!!
