The WORSE Use Cars service department we have ever dwlt with. They do NOT stand by their word and never take ownership of wrong doings. Bought our Suburban and two days after driving off the lot something broke as we were heading out of town. Called sales person and was told to bring it back when we got back. No honor in that building, we must now pay out of pocket for a replament part because they "fixed it" improperly and the "fix" did not work. Gave a one star because you have to.
