I showed up to look at a vehicle I saw online and it had been transferred that morning for another potential sale. I knew that was my fault for not calling and confirming, but Chuck offered to follow up with the other lot to see if the sale went through. He called later to let me know it didn t sell and he was kind enough to request and hold the vehicle for me. I showed up the next day, test drive it, loved it, and bought it. They looked for other vehicles the first days also, but respected that I was looking for the one specific vehicle. Overall a great experience. Thanks
