Horrible unprofessional staff that mistreated my father. They used gauze and scotch tape to cover the drive line that connected my father's artificial heart to his power supply instead of the sterile bandages that they were required to use. The rooms were kept filthy. They did not follow proper medical procedures for LVAD patients. I had to sleep there over night to protect my father. Got him out of there as quickly as we could and filed a complaint with the state that found serious problems there as well. If you love your family member, keep them as far from this place as possible.
