I worked with Kevin Polakovich (and team) and they were nothing short of amazing. Colin Dick and Julie Smith were thorough, communicative, and quick to respond; a billion thanks to each of them! Honestly, I expected more hassle, having never purchased a home or experienced this process, but it was quick, painless, and the team actually made it fun. I would highly recommend and definitely go through Kevin and team, when I plan to purchase again.
