I am very unhappy my husband went to Toyota dealer...

I am very unhappy my husband went to Toyota dealerships LakeCity November 27 2019 because of recalls no charge but the guy who helped him charged us over 800.00 dollars He didn t tell him about the money He still had the paper that we got from email we are very upset even we paid half of them This is too much money for us The car didn t have any problem we just want for Recall service the customer service said they did service the car and the car is over 60 mileage that does not cover and he made my husband sign it up with out showing or telling about the money he is going to charge him I don t recommend them especially if you don t speak English well or go by your self
I have to work all week to get that much money I guess they don t care about that they just want to get your money by any way
