My name is Montez mapp and I took in a Dodge Charger hellcat 2017 to be serviced. Very very poor customer service. Car has been sitting in the shop over a week and radio still hasn t been fixed and still did not receive a quote on the issue with noise under my car. I Talked to 5 different people everyone saying they were going to call me back nobody had called me back I ve called 4 days in a row waiting and waiting for a call back. Service rep Sarah has not got back to me when she said she was with any updates. I have to take my car to another shop because they would not help me n just kept stalling with my car. Shuttle bus driver claim to have waited outside for an hour but did not call me from his cell phone to tell me to come outside then left me with no way to get up to the dealership and told me he was not coming back to get me because he had other people to pick. Had to pay for uber to go pick up my car shuttle bus driver was sitting down eating candy at the dealership. No one pulled my car up they just gave me the key and I got caught in the rain searching the lot for my vehicle which resulted in me having to call off work. They were very racist towards me n did not help me in any way and the manager was very disrespectful and would not give me corporates number to file complaint. I would not recommend ANYONE that is African American to purchase a vehicle or get serviced from this dodge Monroe Chrysler. I m very disappointed and will never go back to them again.
