Stay clear! I was so disappointed with the customer service. It was almost like I was doing them a favor for buying carpet from them. The guy that helped me in the store with picking out carpet was very rude. He just put a couple books in front of me and was absolutely no help. I had to ask all the questions. (When is going to be installed?, what grade do you suggest?, Will someone be measuring and giving me a quote?, What other options of commercial carpets do you have? , etc....) When the carpet was finally installed (4 weeks later...) I had to call the day of and ask what time they would be showing up. A call the week before would have been nice. The guy that installed it never even picked up after himself. Carpet scraps left and the carpet wasn't even vacuumed. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?! You're selling carpet, vacuum up the carpet! Seesh is that too much to ask? The only person that was somewhat friendly, was the gentleman who came out to give me a quote.

I received quotes from other carpet places in the area, if this place wasn't the cheapest I would have absolutely gone somewhere else. Never again Builders Floor Covering and you better believe i'm going to pass along my experience to others.
