I purchased a "CERTIFIED " pre-owned DODGE DURANGO...
I purchased a "CERTIFIED " pre-owned DODGE DURANGO from this dealership a year ago, more like a CERTIFIED lemon...My vehicle has been in their shop at least 14 times, first time was 9 days after it was purchased. I live 2 hours away in a different state, I spend $30 in tolls each time not including gas. I returned to that place because I purchased a vehicle in the past I remember the finance manager K. Victor was extremely professional and honest unlike most dealerships I've delt with in the past so I went back hoping to get the same service but instead It has been a nightmare, the way the service and rental dept conducts business is sureal, Sometimes they will have my car for 5 weeks with no update or calls as to what is happening with my vehicle. The RENTAL department manager ANTONIO is the biggest Crook of them all. People becareful to whom you hand your credit card to. He charged my credit card for a rental that my insurance has always covered in the past without informing me. He waited 2 days after the rental was returned to inform me I was being charged a ridiculous amount his exact words were "I'm not being an a** hole"!! What? Who says things like that? He proceeded by saying "Its a pandemic the Durango I had is a luxury vehicle which he usually rents out at $85 a day and people were requesting it which I informed him that my vehicle that stays in the shop is a so called luxury Durango" so it seemed to me he was trying to make me pay for his pandemic business losses. Then he lied and said "I'll speak to my boss and see how we can fix this problem" but the service dept told me he was the boss, instead 2 days later he FRAUDULENTLY charged my credit card by back dating to a previous time I was givin a loaner to push the charges through without my knowledge. I called the dealership on numerous occasions demanding to speak to someone in upper management, I'm still waiting for that phone call. Now its time to get BBB, CHRYSLER FCA involved. I should have known something was not right with that place everytime I go there for service there's always an angry customer arguing about something. I will go to every social media outlet and let people know they should not do business with this place. By the way no one really get back to you, all the online apologies is all political I sent 2 emails with no response. Very unprofessional
