Break Thru Physical Therapy in Medford is amazing. Great atmosphere and the staff is so nice! I worked with Asha for 3 months for my neck pain. She worked on massaging my neck and shoulders at each appointment. She taught me exercises and stretches to strengthen my upper back and neck to help prevent and relieve any pain I may have in the future. I definitely recommend Break Thru!! Thank you Asha!!!! :)
