This hotel deserves no stars. Rooms are filthy, chairs stained, restroom door didn t close, toilet kept running (among many other issues). Aside from not getting us the room we reserved, when they got us in a room, someone s luggage was already in there. Staff was unpleasant. Not willing to assist nor refund.
