I started my new home journey back in December, and thats when I found Annie Truhlar from 1st Class. She immediately took me in and helped me with the overwhelming process. Annie began recommending different houses and lenders to get my process started. Without Annie I would probably still be lost, trying to find a house. I wasn't always the easiest, being pretty picky, but Annie was BEYOND patient with me and helped me through the entire thing. Annie was always willing to look at houses, as we looked at practically the entire Norfolk market. Any questions or concerns I had, she helped! Annie's communication was awesome, always keeping me informed and updated. Whenever she sensed me getting discouraged, Annie would continuously reassure me that I would find the perfect house, and we did! I am extremely grateful for Annie and everything she did for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Annie!!
