I was on the 11th floor, in a Premium room, I had a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, good service and kindness from the waiters: and the Spanish receptionist, very friendly and attentive except for a girl from Colombia was in the restaurant on Saturday 21- October not nice and neither friendly.
