We have used Fox Service for many years as twice each year we have them come and check out our systems for the coming changes to winter and summer. This gentleman who came was superb. He provided a card but we cannot find it. His initials are LOM. Very thorough. He explained the "r ____ Halo' and we had him install one on one of our units. We are considering having him come to install one for the other unit as I think it is making a difference. We think it may make a difference in the other part of the house too. Emil L. Balusek
