8/9/16 recent issues in the service department and accessories dept. They need to improve communication between mechanics, service advisors and other departments when work is scheduled to be done on a vehicle. This miscommunication cost me several hours from work ,numerous trips back and forth to the dealership and more inconvenience than one person should have to experience. I have been trying to figure out exactly how to describe my most recent unfortunate situation with Carrollton's Sam Pack Five Star Ford Dealership and unable to put in to words. I would like to give my appreciation to R.J. (general manager) and Drew (Service Advisor Manager) for coming through and doing their very best to make the situation right. Thank you both for efforts.
