Franco is amazing! Honest (this is sooooo rare in the car world), personable, timely. I only deal with him. If he is not there, I don't go.

Quality of work is good too. I once had an issue where we couldn't find the problem. Mercedes Benz of Manhattan kept working on it until they resolved it.
