Visiting from Australia. We found the advertisement in the las Vegas monorail guide, looked it up further online and had some questions about the booking and ended up calling. The service desk were really helpful and friendly, we managed to get a spot on a tour the night before. The call centre was open until 11pm, which was very handy for our late booking questions.
The helicopter pilot/tour guide was excellent and very friendly! We flew over Lake mead, hoover dam and into the grand canyon, where we landed for some photos at the bottom of the canyon, and celebrated with some champagne and food provided by Papillon.
The prices for this tour were the best we could find and very competitive, I would definitely do this tour again and I'll be recommending Papillon to anyone who is interested in a tour.
