Last night on Valentines Day, my boyfriend took me to dinner and a movie in the Anne Arundel mills mall. We had a lovely time, until we tried to leave! We had parked in the Maryland Live Casino Parking garage and because of the weather, we were told that they had locked down the parking garage. That was at 8:30. We had to wait in our car in below freezing temperatures until 3 in the morning. I was not allowed to wait in the casino, because I am only 20 years old, and the lobby where I was allowed to wait had zero available seating. So we waited in the car, like almost everyone else. It was an absolutely awful experience, and by two in morning I broke down to tears. I cannot believe the terrible way management handled this situation. We received zero compensation for this. I am extremely angry, and will never give Maryland Live Casino a single penny of my business as long as I live.
