Several months ago, my boyfriend and I had hired a family friend as a realtor in order to purchase a new condo as well as sell our existing one. While the process of purchasing was relatively quick and easy, I cannot say the same about selling. After about 3 months on the market and very little proactivity and feedback from our realtor, we were beginning to feel very jaded by the experience. During this time, it was Jen Heakes of Core Assets Real Estate who, although not representing us in this particular transaction, provided counsel and eased our minds. Jen's knowledge of the Toronto Real Estate market is impeccable and it was through this knowledge and her experience that she, along with the Core Assets Team, was able to provide amazing advice on how to handle the situation and continued to provide advice and support after we accepted an offer and moved through the process of closing the deal. Jen was more than a real estate expert to us; she was a supportive friend and provided us with a much needed therapeutic touch! To say I am incredibly impressed is an understatement; I will definitely be looking to Jen Heakes and Core Assets for any future real estate transactions.
