Terrible service! We paid to have a nest killed a week ago, with the re-assurance on the phone that if the first treatment wasnt succesful then a second treament would be included in the cost. The engineer treating it on the day suggested it would possibly require a further treatment, but reiterated that this would be carried out. Needless to say a phone call to them today suggests they want the full original amount again to re-visit!! Thankfully we have access to the original phone call and will be sending this to trading standards and the ombudsmen. STEER WELL CLEAR!

I'm pretty sure you are aware of our reference considering your technician has just driven by to check!! (It must be noted my mother has no issues with your technician) However I have major issues with misselling and breach of contract for a non existent service that you sold to her. Which i will deal with in due course.
