AWFUL - I just called gave my name and reason for calling. I was speaking with the General Manager Jorge. He did not have the courtsey of remembering my name or even the reason I was calling! He did not give me the level of service I expect.

When I told him I was concerend about the level of service I was receiving from him - he had the nerve to suggest I take my business elsewhere! I have just called another agency and will be leaving Michals forthwith.

When I call a company who provides service to me, I would expect you to listen to who I am and why I am calling. I do not think that is much to ask for - but he sure must have felt that way.

I am not ashamed or afraid to list my real name in this post. I hope that he get's the message but I doubt it.
