We arrived at around 1:25 am in reception.. the check in process is totally unprofessional.. Almost half of the day of the booking is already gone as it is almost 2:00 am already.. no flexibility at all, had spoken to Duty Manager Yacine when you are talking and asked for flexibility like same rate with free upgrade to one bedroom suite as the following day we will check out in the morning.. and half of the day is gone.. will only laugh like a child.. i believe he is not having a knowledge of sales and marketing.. a 1 day to offer a flexibility for a first timer guest of the hotel as to the booking wont be even a 24 hours at all.. had asked for at least breakfast nothing.. he shouldn t be in the reception to handle guest concerns to be able to win the situation by at least meeting half way to gain the both side benefit and concern
I would strongly suggest for flexibility as to the current market situation is concern
Second, when you be calling for Operator 20 rings would be lucky enough to have someone to answer your required service.
Hotel itself is nice but the service is very very bad..
No flexibility at all..
