Where do I start? I came to Southeast Mortgage on a wing and a prayer, hoping that my dreams of owning a home were still a possibility. I was previously approved for a mortgage through another company with an expected closing cost of 40k which was not part of the original plan. I decided to walk away from that company (the week I was scheduled to close) and my awesome realtor Ebony King phoned a friend, Jerome Jackson! He is absolutely amazing and with the support of his team I received the CLEAR TO CLOSE two weeks later with 17k due at closing. I would not be a homeowner today without Southeast Mortgage!!!
