He did everything to please after a difficult beginning that was not his fault. He was patient and offered to help when I was about to leave the dealership and never to return. Because he paused and listened and helped me find the correct car service for repairs at Capital Ford , he had made me believe that I would like to buy a new car from him! And that is what happened quickly, efficiently and professionally . Capital Ford has a really great salesperson!
