They said i used 95.00 worth of water when my bill...

They said i used 95.00 worth of water when my bill is right around 25 to 30.00!! When i called them all they wanted to do is take have it off and told me that i used it because it passed throu the meter. I will be filling a report with the attorney general also kspr!!
