Service man Syd was very courteous, thoughtful and concerned that my needs were taken care of. Disappointed that Scott went back on his word to me, that he withdrew his promise that after 5,000 add'l miles my tires could be replaced, that credit he had promised would be applied to my purchase price. Very upset with Scott's decision today.
