Unbelievable! Be aware !!!!

Unbelievable! Be aware !!!!
The order was shipped without shipping Adress and shipping company returned package to Rent the run way but my credit card was charged $511.00
When I contacted customer service I was told that because I did not call within 24 hours I can not be refunded ,I was also told that customer service manager Alison (no last name ) reviewed the case and did not approve the refund
I am going to call my Credit card company and dispute the charge
Will never use them again
