I've always had great service while in the store. The staff are knowledgeable and really have a passion for brewing. I've placed two online orders and experienced awesome customer service both times.

On the first order, they were out if stock in the gluten free ingredients, and still honored the free shipping! On my second order, it was my first time ordering a hard cider kit. I didn't know about the 2lbs of dextrose needed in addition to the kit. Chaz included a hand written letter explaining the need for it AND included the dextrose for free! Great customer service is rare these days. These guys are the best supplier to go with. Thanks Beer Nut! -Cheers
