Javier S. is an amazing service representative. As many drivers experience, I came into the service department complaining about an unexpected noise coming from my rear passenger tire. Not only did Javier's inspection quickly verify the cause of the noise, but he also emphasized the importance of proper and timely maintenance. With this much needed reminder, Javier worked with me while my car was serviced to create an outline of future scheduled maintenances.
