I own a Samsung 65 smart TV. After 4 years it got the backlight spot problem, not uncommon with backlit tvs. Mike at TCS had a problem with a batch of bad parts from Samsung, which failed after we picked it up. Mike offered to not only redo the repair, but to pick up and deliver the tv, no additional cost. A second repair and delivery, it failed again. Mike ordered new parts from China, picked it up, fixed it, delivered it again. Works great now. Great customer service!

It's seven months later, and I took my 9 year old Lenovo E420 laptop to TCS. The laptop was extremely slow, especially booting up. TCS suggested replacing the hard drive with an SSD. They did so, and the laptop is BETTER than new.
