Not had a so pleasant experience.

Not had a so pleasant experience.
I had a small project, paid a bit of advance, work didn't start for long. I asked for refund (for that small amount) which took 3 weeks / 10 followups (reason : process)
The people wanted me to continue with the project but it took them 1 month to find a laravel/php expert? I lost confidence.

My experience. Does not mean that they will be bad.
