If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Na...

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. National DME did NOT send a single invoice to me, and then sent my balance to a collector. What kind of business are they running? Now I have to pay the original balance, plus they're attorney/collection fee. The firm will not budge on the collection fee, and we won't get into how rude they were on the phone. Back story: I received a walking boot from Intermountain Instacare due to a stress fracture in my toe in December 2016. First off, they didn't tell me I'd be held liable for a balance that my insurance would not cover. If I would've known the boot they had put me in cost over $500, I would've gone elsewhere and bought one myself. The markup is absurd (I've worked in the DME industry for 6 years and know the cost of these things). Go buy from a local DME supplier and pay less.
