While the building was a bit run down because it is an older building i can see they're doing their best to keep it clean and i never seed an unclean bathroom or a smelly building. Having said that, giving baths were not offered as often as needed but someone did if you requested one and i think that was due to being short staffed. As for the medical service which is mainly what someone is there for i would say it was first class and efficient from the time you got into the ambulance, in the ER, the doctors updating family members before, during and after surgery were wonderful, the nurses were on time with services and always came within 3 mins when called, Drs came to ck on patients starting very early every single morning and was thorough. Now i can not speak for every department but this review is accurate and honest for the department my child was in and i saw this first hand because i stayed in the hospital with my child for 4 days and 5 nights and never left the hospital and was with her every step of the way except in the OR but i saw everything else.
