I was a few days ago at the wedding of my best friend. Dream location. With an outdoor garden full of fruit trees. Friendly and kind reception. Quick table service. Very organized. At the entrance they welcomed us with a lemonade. Then after the entrance a welcome cocktail and a rich buffet of mixed fried meats and cold cuts and buffalo mozzarella awaited us. Then the table menu was based on fish. Red prawn tartare appetizer with buffalo reduction on purple potato bed. 2 first courses, a first course of mezzemaniche with taratufi and ciurilli novelli, risotto with radicchio, Norcia bacon, dried tomato and Taleggio fondue.
A second, fillet of sea bream in a potato crust and eggplant caponatina. Fruit millefeuille, finally dessert table, wedding cake and the Open bar.
