If you are a property owner and value your property, DO NOT allow Kris Maas to manage your property. We recently terminated our contract with Ms. Maas due to unprofessionalism, late or no rent payments, and a multitude of other issues. Our house currently needs repairs to the tune of $10K for it even to be considered rentable. We are a military family and entrusted the care and maintenance of our house in her in our absence and now our home is in utter disarray.
