I went in last Saturday to get my car checked before my extended warranty was finishing on July 12. So I got the 150 point check up on my 2009 Corolla S that I bought from Donnelly 3 yrs back. I was running late close to an hour and I called Donnelly and my Service manager Tanya Watson told me no problem , they would take me in as soon as I get there. This dealership has been taking care of my car from day 1.After the point check was done ,my car passed with flying colors. They found nothing wrong with it at all. I have always had the best service manager in Tanya. She has always told me what I needed in a pro active way which save me money in the long run from paying for expensive repairs. My mechanic Matt always took great care of my car and would not allow anyone else work on it. They even wash your car for free by hand which is a great touch. I was able to see Ben ,the person who sold me the car. If you need a car ask for him ,his great. The only sad thing that happen was that I won`t have Tanya as my service manager since this was her last Saturday working. She going back to school. Donnelly is lucky that they had her ,she was always professional and caring for her customers. Kudo's to Tanya ,she will be a great lost to Donnelly`s .They should find a way to keep her .I will keep bringing my car to Donnelly`s for service since my engine is guaranteed for life and recommend them to my family & friends. Keep up the work
