Our entire experience with this company has been a disappointment. The person assigned to clean the pool weekly was nice however he did not actually complete the basic services that were to be provided each week. Each visit, until we complained, he would be there for maybe five minutes and not until we complained did we see him ever even touch a vacuum. We also had an incident where we had broken glass in the pool, after some back and forth we agreed upon an additional cost they would come and clean the pool with a separate vacuum system. The day he was supposed to arrive he was running really late and had a wedding to go to so we said no problem, just come the following day. When he did he just did his normal five minute route and vacuumed the pool with our system. When we relayed what the service visit should have included he said he had not been told any of that.
I would not recommend this company.
