Although Bruce came to assist with a stapling problem we had with the printer, which we found to be a minor issue. After determining we had simply run out of staples, the customer service he provided, after determining the issue, was exceptional. He cleaned and checked all parts of the machine to make sure we didn't have any other underlying problems. We even went through printing and copying before he left.

He updated the firmware on the machine and even walked me through updating the driver on my laptop.

He was AWESOME! Just wanted to let you know we valued his expertise and the additional support he provided.
