Very expensive, and not upfront about what they'll be charging you after the 'promotional' time frame. I was paying 78 a month for internet only (not even unlimited) and they just raised my bill to 118. When I just called to ask why my bill went up the phone wait time was 70 minutes. What a joke. I'll be cancelling my service as soon as I can talk to a real person.
