Honestly, the service department at this place is a huge joke. My husband and I purchased my vehicle as a CPO from a Cape Coral Chrysler dealer and paid extra for the extended warranty. Went to get my check engine light checked late last week. We figured it was my O2 sensor. On Wednesday, we tried to bring my car for the 9:40 am appointment they made, and they said they were too busy and to come back the next day because they had about six cars left from the day before. We dropped my car off at 10 am on that Thursday was told I was second car in line for someone to look at the light. Heard absolutely nothing the rest of the day. On Friday my husband and I called at least five time between the two of us asking for updates. By 1 pm NOBODY had even looked at my car. Their technician was on lunch . We received a call back saying that their technician was requesting more time (after working on it for an hour) to read a freaking check engine light. He wanted THREE ADDITIONAL HOURS to read a freaking light. They wanted to charge us over $400 just to look at my car for three more hours. I was in tears because of how frustrated I was. They told us they would waive the fees for their tech looking at my car for an hour. I can t explain how unprofessional this place was. I felt like they were really trying to take advantage of us. I would hate for someone else to go and get ripped off by their service department.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They couldn t pay me enough to go back.
