I must say that my experience with Never Before Italia has been average. The booking process was quite easy and straightforward. However, the customer service could be improved as it took a while to get a response to my queries. The tour itself was good, but not exceptional. Overall, I would recommend Never Before Italia if you are looking for a decent travel experience.
