There are many upgrades near this hotel. Breakfast is super simple. You can stay close to home for a week or so. Breakfast morning is just one side dish. Whether chicken, lung. The entrance to the aircondition was broken. When pggl maintenance is recoverable xdtg. Two nights is hot. The rug is fading and bad. Not anymore but for sensitive skin, just sitting there staring, he has a problem with me. I've never been exposed to such an itchy smile in my life. While p jungle trekking through the bush. The toilet paper is a bit too generous. Nipissss je ha. Dahla with xda host. Lecehla Nak got hit. Want to throw water in a hotel room thinking 100 times. To have a toilet with a hose down the lobby there is a toilet with a hose. So xsemua k. Parking is scary. The light is there but dim. Scary if anyone feels like cite thriller mike myers. Please do something. International xbrapa international. That's right. Two stars because of that poor star. Sincerely.

Best Hotel ever ... Service n room is very satisfying

There's plenty of restaurants that open till night around here. The breakfast provided by the hotel is quite great but some improvemnets can be done.

The hotel belongs to the PDRM. Police can get a discount if they stay here.

Foods are good, rooms need improvement asap, lifts are slow but staffs are friendly. Thumbs up for the chef. Our dinner, breakfast and lunch are satisfying

The room is big but little bit smelly due to old bed spread and carpet. The food is nice but not for the Ramadan month.

Under construction. Scarry bathroom, prayer room is weird at basement.

Plenty of paid parking area. Hotel is surrounded with places for eat. Definitely great for short stay in KL.

It's an old hotel. The toilet has seen better days. Cleanliness is ok, but yeah everything needs refurbishing. The mattress is good though. No astro. Just basic channels. But the rooms are spacious.

Good services, friendly staff and super comfy room. Just want to complain about the lift's door that close so fast. It's dangerous for kids and elders who walk slowly.

This hotel is very strategic. You can walk to Kampung Baru to enjoy its satey padang. Approximately 10 minit walk to the nearet mrt station.
About the hotel itself, its a safe place because many of the pdrm officers and national defence who stay there. The facilities is the best during my 2 days trip.

Nice n a very cosy place here...the room quite big n spacious... Cleanliness is okay... Food also oke n quite delicious...

Location - Good location. Easy to get public transport ( Bus & Monorel) . Plenty of local food to choose from.
Room & Hotel - The bed was comfy and hv a nice view from my room but need to improve and upgrade the room to modern interior design. The breakfast was great.

It was my first time stayed at this hotel. I was staying alone for doing some job. The room and parking was so dark, scary and looks too old. Need to improve gais. They said i can see city view from my room but all i see was construction behind the hotel. I really hate shower in the bathroom. No pipe. Phone room cannot use at my time so i have to use my own phone to make a complaint. Totally bad. Not recommended at all

Management should look into the maintenance aspect of all the rooms. The receptionist/security personel are indeed very polite and customer friendly.

Food meets customer's taste.
Service is friendly and there is a place to store your stuff.

Good location. Walking distance to many restaurants, stalls, food outlets. Close to monorail and shops. Parking available although a bit difficult. Food, breakfast very good. Normal Malay food.

If I can give you a star, the price and the condition of the room will be unsuitable. The importance of a hotel / residence is CLEANING. please help cleanliness, what is housekeeping work like how to pack? please alert the hotel .. if for me this is my first and last time here .. you look at the pictures you can self-value..walk room, carpet when the dust felt on the foot, the bathroom was plastic waste, the chair sits sinking, how many years have a chair without repair .. bottom down there is a cucumber stick like squid lobster, tv broadcast clear only tv3 ... very bad ...

Need to change all furniture in the room. Include smelly carpet

Got a room facing Twin Tower! Awesome view! Staffs very helpful! Place always quiet without any interruptions!

I don t even want to give any star. got severe bedbugs on the first night. Terrible Breakfast served. Half boiled eggs was not even half boiled, it s raw! dirty carpet,dusty and flooded bathroom,stained bedsheets upon arrival,sinks and toilet bowls completely blocked(the whole piping sytem is out) smelly room, broken windows, no satellite TV. I m wondering how they can still run and manage this place. if you are considering this hotel. Please take my advice and go for some other hotel, there are better choice out there with similar price.

Place ok ... Conducive only unhappy toilets poorly service ... And the waitress service food sour face ... Sitting in groups while talking without helping customers ...... Tiling for people use name tag happy to call

The room smells, and the lift is very troublesome when there is a huge group waiting to get on.
Only 1 lift go down to the basement parking
