We use their service during off hours because we promise our customers a 24/7 live body when they call us. Can count on one hand the # of times we've had issues with them over the past 7 years, one was during the recent wild fires near their offices. Can you really blame them for closing during a wild fire? Never have had a customer tell us they were rude, and they forward the call logs & emergency requests properly.
