Pros and cons of this place,

Pros:
Great concept
Nice selection
lots of fun.
Location is close to tube station

Cons:
Poor execution.
Long lines
Experiences 30-40 min wait!
idiot parents shouting and making kids cry,
AND STAFF DO NOTHING!?

Overall:
For all the pros there are cons. What I think should change is that, they should stop allowing parents in (unless in emergencies)
