Very unprofessional, and rude staff! On multiple occasions. One man in particular is very rude, and condescending. I have been waiting 6+ weeks to receive a refund that no one can give answers as to where it is. Please, please, please do not book with this company. It is a huge scam. Currently in the process of contacting a lawyer to see how to go about suing this company. Of course you are never able to make contact with a manager.
